Alternative 1:
Control Panel > Tablet PC Settings > Display > Choose Portrait or Landscape
Alternative 2 (less preferable as it may lead to mouse mapping issues):
o Right-click on desktop -> Personalize (Vista) or Properties (XP).
o Go to Display Settings.
o Select the monitor in the landscape mode and check the box saying "Extend the desktop to this monitor"
o Then select the first desktop and uncheck "Extend the desktop onto this monitor.
o Click on Apply.
o This will enable the landscape mode. To go back to portrait mode, check the monitor in portrait mode and uncheck the monitor in landscape mode.
