Movalyzer5.7 or older can be installed only on an English-based operating system

This error occurs when running movalyzer.msi.

Movalyzer 5.8 and later installs on computers with every language setting. The following has become obsolete
    MovAlyzeR MUST BE INSTALLED ON:

    * a native US English-language version of MS Windows -OR-
    * a non-US English version of MS Windows with US English installed as an additional input language

    SUMMARY:

During the installation of MovAlyzeR, the Regional and Language Options for English as an additional input language must be activated. After the installation, you can reselect your regional language.
NOTE: Adding English as an additional input language will still allow you to use your previous applications in your native language.

INSTALLING AND SWITCHING LANGUAGES IN WINDOWS XP:

    1. Uninstall MovAlyzeR, if present (Start > [Settings] > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > MovAlyzeR > Remove).

    2. Go to Start > [Settings] > Control Panel > Regional and Language Options

    3. In the "Regional Options" select language as "English-US" and click apply.

    4. Then select 'Languages' tab.

    5. In 'Text services and input languages' section, click the 'Details' button.

    6. In the new window that opens, go to the 'Installed Services' section and click the 'Add' button, select 'English (United States)', and click the "OK" button.

    7. Now you are back to the initial window with the Languages tab. Click "OK" to save your changes.

    8. You should now see a small language toolbar (either on your desktop or near your system tray). The current input language will be displayed as 'XX' (two-letter abbreviation of the current language) in this toolbar. Select "EN" to set the computer to use the English language.

    9. Run the MovAlyzeR installer (the MSI file you downloaded) and install the MovAlyzeR application.

    10. After the installation, you can switch back to your normal operating language using the instruction in #7.

NOTE: When running MovAlyzeR, the "EN" (English) language will be automatically selected. When running another application, your normal regional language will be automatically selected.

INSTALLING AND SWITCHING LANGUAGES IN WINDOWS VISTA:
(May not be available in Windows Vista Home)

    1. Uninstall MovAlyzeR, if present (Start > [Settings] > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > MovAlyzeR > Remove).

    2. Go to Control Panel. Under 'Clock, Language and Region', select 'Change display language'.
Alternative: If you use the Classic version of the Control Panel go to 'Regional and Language Options'.

    3. Next, click on the 'Keyboard and Languages' tab.

    4. Under Choose a Display Language, you will see a drop-down box with the list of available languages. Choose English.
***Note: If the English language pack is not installed on your computer, follow the instructions here to install it http://www.vista4beginners.com/Chang...-Windows-Vista

    5. Windows Vista will ask you to log-off for the language changes to take effect.
