You installed a new version (even after uninstalling the previous version) of MovAlyzeR. When starting MovAlyzeR you receive the message with:

An error has occurred in your license. Please contact vender for a recovery code.

Clicking OK shows a screen with the Error Recovery Request Code.

o Email that code to support@neuroscriptsoftware.com.

o We will send you the recovery code within one business day.

o If the problem repeats itself a more serious license-file problem is present.

CAUSES:
The license file seems incompatible with the current version or is Read-Only (Stems from Version 3.6).

RESOLUTION:
The license file needs removed.

o Close MovALyzeR.

o Navigate to the movalyzer33.lic license file (Click My Computer >c: >Program Files >NeuroScript >MovAlyzeR -- or where you installed MovAlyzeR).

o Rightclick movalyzer33.lic >Properties >General >UNncheck Read-Only.

o Rightclick movalyzer33.lic >Rename to movalyzer33.licOLD

o Start MovALyzeR.

o A Recovery Request Code is presented. Email that code to support@neuroscriptsoftware.com.

o We will send you the recovery code within one business day. This should be the last recovery code you will need. Each recovery code can only be used once. Let us know all previous recovery codes received.
